The story
Docents and visitors have long described a woman in a long dark skirt and white blouse on the upstairs balcony, the stairs and the halls. Tradition names her Mary Willis Mordecai Turk, who lived in the house longer than anyone and died in 1937, and the parlor piano is said to play by itself.
Visitors. Open to the public (guided tours via Mordecai Historic Park).
