The story
Completed in 1888 for Copper King W.A. Clark, this 34-room Victorian mansion now runs as a bed and breakfast, and some believe Clark himself still roams it. Guests describe footsteps in the upper halls at night, doors opening between second-floor bedrooms and the rustle of period clothing in the third-floor ballroom.
Visitors. Bed and breakfast; guided tours May to September, by appointment otherwise.
