The story
Staff and patrons describe a woman watching shows from the seats or balcony, whom they associate with benefactor Alberta Bair, the theater's namesake. Backstage and in the dressing rooms, people report an angry male presence that local storytelling connects to a worker said to have been sealed into the foundation, a legend with no record behind it.
