The story
Ghost lore aboard this 1854 sloop-of-war borrows heavily from an earlier ship of the same name. People describe Captain Thomas Truxtun in an old naval uniform on deck, and a hazy figure said to be Neil Harvey, a sailor executed for cowardice in 1799.
