The story
Custodians and late staff at this 1931 Art Deco movie palace describe doors slamming in empty sections, seats folding up and down by themselves and footsteps in the upper lobby. One early-2000s account tells of a custodian alone in the building hearing glass break and finding a fire extinguisher cover shattered.
