The story

Stories at Clement Studebaker's mansion cluster around the fourth-floor ballroom and the floor below, where the family nursery once was; ghost-tour lore claims a nursery fire burned a nanny and child, which archives don't confirm. Restaurant staff and guests since 1980 have described a woman in white in the upper halls, cold spots near the ballroom and a bottle that flew off a high shelf.
