The story
Rosehill Cemetery on Chicago's North Side covers 350 acres, making it the city's largest cemetery and its first private one. William W. Boyington designed its castellated Gothic entrance gate, which was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1975. The 1914 Rosehill Mausoleum is the largest in Chicago and has stained glass by Louis Comfort Tiffany.
