The story
Illinois' oldest community theater has an affectionately treated ghost called Normie, said to be a former company member who never left, and the troupe's awards are named after him. Cast and crew over the decades describe footsteps in the empty lobby during rehearsals, light cues firing with no one at the board, and the sense of someone watching from the wings.
