The story
Iowa State's 1969 performing arts hall is said to be visited by its namesake, dairy benefactor Clifford Y. Stephens. A translucent seated figure has been reported in the upper right of the third balcony, and staff in the basement tunnels describe sudden cold spots and footsteps following them; performers tend to treat him as a lucky omen.
Visitors. Open to the public (ticketed performances).
