The story
Balcony seats E1 and E2 in section 500 are tied to an older man whose apparition is said to show up, sometimes even waving in photos, and the theater's president calls him 'J.' When the original seats were sent away for refurbishment, he made sure those two were kept so the ghost would not be left homeless.
