The story

Built on old Millionaires Row by surgeon William Riddick Whitehead and later home to Governor James Peabody, the mansion is where Whitehead reportedly died of illness. After it became a restaurant and nightclub in 1955, workers described glasses breaking and cutlery moving around the kitchen on its own.
