The story
Dr. Bell's family made this 1870s manor their summer home during the era when tuberculosis patients flocked to Manitou's springs. It later became a fine-dining restaurant, and its reputation for activity was strong enough that the Ghost Hunters team investigated it for a 2009 episode.
