The story
Residents of this 1898 Moorish-style former hotel describe a woman in a white Victorian nightgown walking the corridors and appearing in apartment mirrors, plus a man in a top hat on the sixth floor. Other accounts include faucets turning on at night, heavy perfume by the elevators and doorknobs turning in empty halls, and Unit 607 has reportedly been flagged in real-estate disclosures.
