The story
Built in 1902 on the estate of Milton Schmidt, the hotel is said to be haunted on its fourth floor by a young woman believed to be the first owner's daughter. Guests report clawfoot tubs filling on their own, footsteps and jingling keys in the hall, faucets turning on at night, and Room 407 is called the most haunted.
