The story
Several Downtown Stockton Alliance employees who worked on the third floor have described a woman they call Lydia, with her hair in a bun and a long brown dress, walking the hall and standing at the windows before disappearing. They also report cold spots, cigar smoke where no one smokes and faint music with no source.
