The story
Yuma's oldest surviving hotel is said to be walked at night by its original owner, who knocks on and rattles the doors of upstairs rooms. A teenage girl carrying a stack of towels is reported in the back hallway, and a day manager told one investigator he had seen a shadowy shape in the window of an empty upstairs room.
