The story

In 1986 organist Cecil Whitmire and a singer rehearsing on the empty stage saw a man walk from one wing to the other and vanish; Whitmire believed it was Stanleigh Malotte, house organist from 1937 to 1955. Staff also report windows that lock themselves, doors that unlock and footsteps in the empty auditorium.

Visitors. Open to the public (ticketed shows and concerts; private tours by arrangement).
