The story
Built in 1898 at the height of the Klondike rush, the hotel is tied to Mary, who is said to have died in Room 23 waiting for her prospector fiance to return. Witnesses describe a woman at the windows, cold blasts of air and guests waking as if choking, plus a small twinkling light in Room 14.
Visitors. Closed as a hotel since 2002 (building in commercial use).
