The story
Ketchikan's 1927 Gilmore Hotel concentrates its haunting in Room 208. Ghost-walk guides and local radio reports describe a friendly but startling man in a top hat, linked by association to original owner Pat Gilmore, and a woman seen sitting quietly in a chair.
